holding on, letting go
My daughter Catherine was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer in 2011. When her year of treatment ended, I wanted to be part of the community that had been helpful to us in so many ways. That was the start of the Memoir Writing Workshop at the Cancer Support Program in Kingston. The class was scheduled to run for five weeks, but we have been going strong for more than a year and a half. holding on, letting go is a collection of work from this extraordinary group of writers.
